From time to time there may be information on the Website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We make no representations as to the completeness, accuracy, or currency of any information on this Website. We reserve the right to make changes in information about price, description, or availability without notice. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product and/or refuse service to any customer. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Website; however, the actual color you will see will depend on your computer, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display our colors

Shipping/Handling Policy

We use UPS* as our primary shipping carrier. The shipping charge covers shipping, handling and insurance costs of up to $100.00.

·         At this time, Simply Detailed LLC will be charging a flat rate of $15.00** for our retail customers who purchase online. Wholesale customers will be charged on a per order basis by weight as per shipping guidelines for UPS plus any additional handling charges as deemed by Simply Detailed, LLC.

·         Furniture from the Vintage Re-Vamped Line is excluded from shipping from our store. At this time, buyers will have to make arrangements for shipping or pick up at our Gruene, Texas store location.

*Please note that UPS does not deliver on weekends or major holidays. UPS charges an additional fee if you want a Saturday delivery and this option is only available for Next Day Air.   Please plan your orders accordingly.

** Shipping charges are non-refundable for retail and wholesale customers.

***Please note that ship time can take up to 4 weeks depending on the season**** Normal ship time is at least 2 weeks.

Fulfilling Your Order

Because Simply Detailed LLC products are made-to-order and in most cases, of limited quantity and/or “One-of-a-Kind” designs, there could be a 2-6 week delay in fulfilling your order. Should that be the case, we would notify you immediately of such circumstances and offer an alternative product and/or adjust your order accordingly.

In stock items will be shipped out within 3-5 business days.

Product Availability and Special Orders

All of our products are made to order, one-of-a-kind or of limited quantity. If we do not have the item(s) you selected in inventory upon receiving your order, we will notify you. There is a $15.00 fee for custom sizing for our Bustier collection. We will fax to you a form to fill in your measurements. If ordering on-line, there is a memo box in which you can submit your measurements along with your order.

Return & Refund Policy

Please examine your order upon receiving. Since most of our products are made to order and carefully handled by a limited number of employees prior to shipment, any defects should be reported immediately to us and we will gladly exchange or replace your damaged item

Receipt is required for exchanges or merchandise credit within 10 business days from date of purchase. No Refunds will be issued.

All sales are final on special orders and sale merchandise.

Pack your return securely in the original package, if possible. Packages must be returned pre-paid; we will not accept COD deliveries.

Simply Detailed LLC is NOT responsible for returns lost in the mail. Please remember to insure and utilize delivery confirmation on your package.

Opening Orders

First time orders: $500.00

Re-Order: $250

Prices are subject to change without written notice.

To place your order, please fax in, call us or email your order. Be sure to include:

size, color, quantity and the name and/or description of the product or collection line as well as your contact information.

Before processing any orders we must obtain your credit card information as well as a signed and valid Sales Tax Exemption Certificate for our files.
Wholesale customer shipping will be charged on a per order basis by weight as per UPS shipping guidelines plus any additional handling charges as deemed by Simply Detailed LLC.
